Target

Margarita was very rude to me and was not professional, she smirks at her co workers and customers. I was waiting in line at customer service, and there was a lady in front of me, margarita started helping her then decided to have her wait on the side while another employee came to help. If you start helping a customer assist them to the end, don’t be stuck up about it. Lines are very long, I understand that there are many people but, they have only 2 check lanes open and one side of the self checkout open. Many employees are slow and don’t have the correct work ethic.

This Target is usually well stocked with a large variety of items. However, it wasn't as neat as it usually is and some food items were beyond the expiration dates.🤮 I went to Target to purchase something I rarely buy - maple flavored bacon. Asked one associate to help me because Google said they had it in stock but there were none in sight. They guy went to check and never returned. While waiting, I noticed that the Just Eggs expired in February.😳 Some of the bacon was old.😱 Anyway, I asked another associate. She didn't have a clue but said the bacon probably wasn't unpacked yet.😖 When I went to purchase my other items, there was the first associate working the self-checkout line. He gave me some lame story while I scanned my items. I still wasn't satisfied so I went to Customer Service to inquire about the bacon. Rebecca immediately went to search for the product. Yecenia calmed me down. Axel not only brought me the fresh package but returned to get another one for me. All three of them are excellent representatives of Target. Customer Service is important to every business. These three got it right!

This place is perfect if you want to be followed by the most obvious hall monitors (useless loss prevention) the whole time you shop. They try to be slick by alternating aisles yet they always stand by each other and then look back at you to see if you noticed. If that’s not bad enough, the highlighter over gloried door greeter (another loss prevention clown) will lock the exit doors even tho you’ve PAID FOR THE ITEMS. Apart from this review I’ve also contacted corporate. Don’t plan on shopping here ever again. Garbage employees.

I went today to get a new album that came out last night. I made sure they were in stock online. It even gave me the option to do store pickup in 2 hours. When I reached the album section and saw there were no copies out, I ask the employee who was in the section if he would be able to help me find some copies. He literary looked at me and said ‘No I don’t have time for that. Try going to another store…. Do you see all these aisles, I’m the only one working them. I don’t have time for this.’ I was so thrown off that I just stood there. He must have seen I wasn’t moving cause he took out his inventory checker thing and asked me what I’m looking for. Then he showed me that they’re available at different stores and even was telling me how far each is. While he was doing that I noticed on his device that they are in stock at his location, so I asked ‘are there any here’. He replied with ‘No, you have to go to another store.’ I didn’t know what to do so I walked away and waited for someone else to show up. When I caught someone else they told me they can totally call over the guy from the department to help me. At which point I told him what happened and after his initial shock, he told me he can help me. He was very nice and went to check on my items in the back. Honestly even when people lie and say ‘let me check’ and come back seconds later saying they couldn’t find it, is not as offensive as literary being told I don’t have time for you. I understand he was an older guy, looked around my grandpa’s age, and he must have been overwhelmed, but seriously, how can you tell customers that you don’t have time for them and to just go to a different store. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE for any new book or album releases. They’ll just tell you to go to another store.

Too close for comfort, if you look around 18-21 they'll be on your back the entire time you're at target to make sure you're not stealing. As I was paying the clerk is 5 feet behind me checking over my shoulder, as a women it's creepy and I bet for younger girls it's even creepier. Train your employees to watch the cameras not stalk your guests around.
